In 2004, his 24 units housing project " Residence Chance project " built on the Benny Farm site of La Société Immobilière du Canada, in the Notre-Dame-de- Grace district, is actually considered a great success story and one of the best housing projects from a social point of view as well as a technical point of view, for its innovations in energy efficiency and sustainable development.
At present, one of his social housing projects, still under construction on the corner of Wellington and Charlevoix, in the district of Pointe Saint Charles, is quoted in La Société du Havre de Montreal's report, as a housing development model for this sensitive district of Montreal. This project is being realized in the scope of the program "Solidarité 5000 accommodations" of the city of Montreal, in association with the GRT Bâtir Son Quartier.
