Weber Laurent is the principal architect of the Group Lauvac Architecture Inc. After studying science at Collège Bois-de-Boulogne, he obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from Laval University and a master's in project management at the Science of Management School from University of Quebec in Montreal.

Member of the Order of Architects of Quebec (MOAQ) 1987 - member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (MRAIC) - member of the Project Management Institute PMI-Montreal Chapter. Weber Laurent sits on several committees and boards, including the Advisory Council of Urban CCU, of the Villeray, Parc-Extension, St Michel of the City of Montreal.

In addition to working on institutional and commercial projects, Laurent Weber is best known for his work in the field of housing for both the private condominium type for non-profit organizations, such as housing developments for housing cooperatives. The quality of its design and research in the field of housing are mainly focused towards sustainability and energy efficiency. Thus, its proposed "evolutive houses" submitted as part of contest "Living Montreal" received several mentions as municipal authorities as organizations involved in the field of construction.

He also received the Holicim award for the housing project "Chance"  as part of the Benny Farm project in Montréal.
